It all started when I saw Madonna's pyramid jacket in the movie Desperately Seeking Susan. I wanted that jacket so badly. I had never seen anything more cool in my life. Fast forward 20 years, and I finally realized I could make my pyramid dream jacket a reality. These are the clothes I always wanted when I was a kid. These are the clothes I still want to wear as an adult.

Marvelous Accident arose from two of my greatest joys: personalizing my clothes, and hunting through thrift shops and vintage stores to find special, unique pieces that tell a story. I have always felt a connection to used garments because of the history they hold, and love breathing new life into things that already exist. By choosing pre-owned pieces instead of new ones, I continue and become a part of that unique history.
